Hang Chau Tourist - Our modern Speedboat trip takes around 6 hours, with daily departures from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh and vice versa.
This unique means of transportation with best services and reasonable price gives guest an amazing chance to explore one of the most mysterious rivers of the world, the Great Mekong Delta, and admire the natural beauty of its timeless scenery.

2/. Departure:

• From Chau Doc to Phnom Penh:
- Departure address: Victoria Chau Doc Hotel - No 01 – Le Loi Street –  Chau Phu B Ward – Chau Doc City – An Giang Province.
- Departure Time: 07:30 am – Please showing up at least 30 minutes before departure time.

• From Phnom Penh to Chau Doc:
- Departure address: Titanic Restaurant - 103 – Sisowath Quay – Kh Daun Penh – Phnompenh – Cambodia.
- Departure Time: 12:30 pm – Please showing up at least 30 minutes before departure time.

•Duration:  4 hours Boat trip + 2 hours border checkpoint.
•Note: 

  • Immigration procedures may take longer during high season.
  • For Private Boats - The departure time is their own choice


3/. High – speed boat ticket price (check on website homepage)
3.1/ Public Boat:

Included:

  • Snacks on the boat (Cake, fruits, mineral water).
  • Entry and exit fees, guide. 
  • Restroom on boat.
  • VAT Tax.
  • Passenger Accident Insurance.

3.2/ Child Fare:

  • Children under 3 years old are free.
  • Children from 4 to 7 years old are charged 50% of Adult fare.
  • Children over 8 years old are charged at Adult fare.
  • Bike are charged 50% of Adult fare 

3.3/ Private Boat: 
- For charter all kinds of boat  
22 seats – 32 seats – 38 seats – 60 seats 

-    Include: 
o    Food: Sandwich.
o    Cake, fruits, mineral water, coke, tea, coffee and beer.
o    Cold towel.
o    Entry and exit fees, guide.  
o    VAT Tax.
o    Passenger Accident Insurance.

4/. Visa Fee: Express Visa on arrival
• Cambodia Visa: 35$ (Including service fee)
-    Passengers need to prepare passport – no photo needed – the application form will be completed on the boat.

- E-Visa Cambodia not allowed for following borders:

• Kaam Samnor (Cambodia)

• Song Tien (Vietnam)

• Viet Nam Visa: 30$ (Including service fee) 
-    Passengers need to prepare: Approval letter on arrival (Original) – the application form will be completed on the boat and need 01 portrait photo (4 x 6).

5/. Need to prepare:
-    Passport 
-    Vietnam Visa / Cambodia Visa

• If you got Viet Nam E-visa, you need keep this paper inside passport.


6/. Payment Methods: 

- By cash directly on the day departure at the pier.
- Or Bank transfer.
-    In the case of a bank transfer – 10 days before departure date and send payment order.
