[ANNOUNCEMENT] Adjustment of Transportation Rates Due to Rising Fuel Costs
Dear Our Valued Customers,
HANG CHAU would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued trust and partnership with our transportation services over the years.
In light of the significant fluctuations in fuel costs over the past two months:
- Fuel price before March 1, 2026: 19,000 VND
- Fuel price on April 8, 2026: 45,600 VND (approx. 140% increase)
- Current fuel price (May 5, 2026): 28,000 VND (approx. 50% increase)
Due to the alarming rise in fuel costs beyond our control, which has directly impacted our operations, HANG CHAU hereby announces an adjustment to our shipping rates to ensure stable, continuous service and maintain the highest quality standards:
- Rate Adjustment: An increase of 35%.
- Effective Date: Applicable to all services starting from June 1, 2026.
- Validity: From June 2026 to June 2027.
(Note: HANG CHAU will monitor the situation closely; should fuel prices decrease, we will promptly adjust our rates to reflect the actual market conditions.)
